This 9,500 square feet project for Northwest Shoals Community College's Phil Campbell campus is a two-level, vocational training center for welding and machine tools.  The building consists of a large multi-purpose work area, two classrooms, two offices, restrooms, storage and mechanical rooms. Although not a LEED project, green building concepts were used, resulting in the building performance being 18% more efficient than 2006 International Energy Code requirements. Construction to be completed late 2010.
