A comprehensive master plan for Riverhill School, including campus development in three phases.  Construction in Phase I includes a new middle school, gymnasium/auditorium/cafeteria, soccer field, baseball field and subsequent parking.

This is a registered LEED project, submitted for Gold Certification.  The middle school consists of a teachers’ workroom, conference room, a storm shelter for 125 individuals, and seven classrooms, including a science classroom/laboratory and an art/music classroom.
