A master plan for Northwest-Shoals Community College with development of building parking, pedestrian circulation, and landscaping consistent with project budgets for near term, middle, and long term project planning.  The master plan includes space for an additional 146,500 square feet in four new buildings, 50,000 square feet of renovated buildings and 225 parking spaces.  Development also included a pedestrian core to tie the campus together, with parking organized around the campus buildings.
