Restoration of an antebellum mansion built in 1847. Work included a new copper roof, fabricated with 19th century detailing, painting, flooring, lighting, brick, plaster and wood restoration. Broken windows were replace with antique 19th century glass. Coby Hall is on the National Register of historic Places and the restoration work is consistent with U.S. Department of Interior Preservation Briefs. The restoration was completed in 2005 at a cost of $472,000.
