Fitzgerald (Fitz) Hill  has retired after fifty years of architectural experience including design, production of construction documents and construction administration, including field observations, of projects up to $14 million in cost. Fitz has been the principal-in-charge of a broad range of architectural projects including elementary and secondary schools, university facilities, churches, banks, recreational facilities, medical facilities including hospitals, doctors offices and health departments, office buildings, high rise residential condominiums, parks and walkway projects, and residences. Fitz is Chairman of the Florence Board of Adjustments and Appeals, is a past member of the Auburn University School of Architecture Advisory Board, and is a past president of the Alabama Council of the American Institute of Architects. 



Kevin Jangaard has 40 years experience as a project manager for architectural projects ranging to 120 million in construction cost.  As an architect, he has designed over 10 college and university buildings totaling over 251,000 square feet.  Kevin possesses 12 years of experience as construction manager with TSI Technical Services, LLC, overseeing the construction of 16 church buildings totaling 66,900 square feet.  His work in Alabama, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Tennessee has given him perspective on a wide range of problem solving techniques.  Kevin designed the first LEED registered school building in North Alabama, and he is a member of the Florence Main Street Design Sub-Committee and the City of Florence Tree Commission.
